Vintage Kurk Kashan – Madder Red

Price available on request

Royal Kurk Kashan rugs usually have a dark base color with tiny floral motifs and curvilinear designs. The carpets generally featured maroon or dark blue background. “Kurk” was the type of top-grade wool that was used by the weavers to create these stunning pieces. The central medallion was filled with smaller motifs and the design was framed perfectly with a thick border.
