During the late 18th century, Caucasus was known for its extraordinary weaving style and quality. In the late 19th century, the production of these rugs was heavily supported by the Russian authorities. Since then, these became one of the most precious Oriental carpets all around the globe. This rug effectively showcases the influence of Turkish and Persian cultures on the weavers.

Care instructions

- Blot immediately if there are any spills, and clean the spot with carbonated water and mild liquid soap
- Place furniture coasters under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening the rug
