The Seamless Return Process

• We wish for our clients to be satisfied with their purchase It is our endeavour to avoid returns, however, in the odd chance on an issue, returns will be processed seamlessly.
• Return request must be raised within 7 days, once order is received.

• We will arrange a free pick up from the place of delivery at a mutually convenient time.
• If you decide to ship the product, the same should be dispatched within 48 hours of delivery.

Terms & Conditions

• Return the item within 7 days of the receipt.
• Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
• Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
• A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
• Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact.
• We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
• In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the carpet. We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items.
• India: 7 day return policy is valid for purchase within India only (Not applicable for custom rug).
• International- Returns are not applicable except in cases ascertained mutually.
