This Balouch Kilim is made of 100% wool, however the tribes often used different animal wools depending on their livestock. Sheep, goat, camel – all mixed together and dyed using madder, indigo or cochineal to create vibrancy in color and uniformity in pattern. To say that they have only a rustic appeal would be limiting. These magnificent pieces have made it into statment homes and are one of the fast trending rug choices of designers.

Care instructions

- Blot immediately if there are any spills, and clean the spot with carbonated water and mild liquid soap
