This collection is a recreation series of the Antique Tabriz carpets, originally from northern Iran. Tabriz rugs were considered the star jewels of the Safavid Court carpets. Their sophistication and refinement was unmatched. The design aesthetics ranged from curvelinear designs, Safavid emblems to allover Herati patterns, spectacular medallions and floral motifs of different shapes and sizes.
