A more recent production centre in the Antique circles, the manufacturing of Nain carpets started sometime in the 1930’s. Due to the city’s proximity to Isfahan, the style and design of the Nain carpets is heavily influenced by the Isfahan weavers.

Description
This original Nain rug is unique and resplendant with motifs. Along with the increased knottage, these rugs also had very intricate and dense patterns which were represented exceptiionally well with the use of high quality materials at the time.
