Product Details
Drawing inspiration from Mughal architecture, this carpet has the beautiful Jaali design which is displayed in all its glory at the Taj Mahal. The purpose of these Jaali’s was multifold – to get minimal light during the hot weather, to protect the women from pearing eyes and most importantly to showcase the excellent craftsmanship of the carvings on marble. This rug has a deep blue color and a self pattern which gives only a subtle hint of the design.

Care instructions
- Vacuum periodically to keep the rug clean
- Do not soak or leave the rug sitting wet
- Blot immediately if there are any spills, and clean the spot with carbonated water and mild liquid soap
- Place furniture coasters under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening the rug
