Description

The culture and tradition of the Samarkand city were majorly influenced by the frequent visits of international travelers. With their narrow and long format, the rugs were designed with intricate but spacious designs. The color combinations were unique and very different from the typical Persian rug colors. This added to the appeal of these carpets.
