Product Details

Woven by tribal nomads, the Nakhunakh Barjasta have a unique appeal especially because they are able to incorporate the 3 distinct weaves into one. This particular piece is unique as the pile resembles that of a carpet unlike other kilims which are predominantly flat weaves with some embroidery. The carpet knotting also incorporates the use of silk for the pattern.
