Description
The motifs are densely patterned, very small and arranged in a linear orientation. The borders feature the traditional meandering vine and flowerhead design. The paisley boteh seen in this particular carpet is also called the mother and child pattern and hold a poetic significance for the tribes of nurturing and love.
